We're sorry to hear your order didn’t arrive as you expected. 

Before we look into this, we’d love it if you can double check your delivery service and its lead times:

  • If you chose standard delivery for your order, we'll deliver on or before your get it by date. And we’ll always send you an email the day before delivery with tracking details. We can never guarantee any specific delivery dates in advance, but we'll try to do our best to deliver your order as soon as we can.
  • If you chose nominated day or our Deliver, Remove and Recycle service, we’ll deliver your order on the date you selected at checkout.
