We’ll always send your shipping information before we deliver your order, so don’t worry if you haven’t received anything yet. Here’s some handy info on delivery times:
- If you chose standard delivery for your order, we'll deliver on or before your get it by date. And we’ll always send you an email the day before delivery with tracking details. We can never guarantee any specific delivery dates in advance, but we'll try to do our best to deliver your order as soon as we can.
- If you chose nominated day or our Deliver, Remove and Recycle service, we’ll deliver your order on the date you selected at checkout.
We recommend taking a look at your order confirmation email for your delivery info, as your order simply might not have shipped yet.
