We know how annoying that can be. So here’s a couple of things to check:
- Firstly, take a look at the expiry date of your discount code. We’ll always display this in the T&Cs underneath the code. If the date of the promotion has passed, the code won’t work anymore. Sorry about that, we’re unable to extend the promotions.
- Secondly, check what the discount code can be used on. We sometimes offer promotions on certain sleep goodies rather than everything.
- Thirdly, check if there’s a minimum spend for the discount code to work. We’ll have mentioned this in the details of the promotion.
