Changing your delivery date depends on the service you’ve chosen:
- It isn’t possible for us or our courier to change your delivery date. Sorry about that.
nominated day & delivery, remove & recycle
- If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can change the delivery date. Just as long as it’s within the next 2 weeks. Time is of the essence here, so give us a call on 0208 036 5535. If our lines are closed, get in touch by filling in this form.
- If your order has been dispatched, our courier won’t be able to change the delivery date.
If you’re not going to be in on the day of delivery, worry not. For all services, our courier will always make 3 delivery attempts on working days. So say you miss your delivery on a Thursday, our courier will attempt to deliver again on Friday and then Monday.
