Sorry to hear that your box has taken a bit of a knock.

Our courier transports a huge amount of boxes up and down the UK every single day. And your parcel will have gone through many van changes between leaving our warehouse and reaching your front door. Despite our courier’s best efforts to care for your box, occasional knocks can happen while boxes are moved from van to van. Which is why we can’t promise 100% pristine packaging.

Don’t worry, though. Our packaging is designed to protect each and every eve goodie. We also add an additional layer of wrapping to protect each item. So we’re confident that everything will be in tip top condition, even if your package looks a bit skew-whiff.
