I have not received my refund yet

We’re sorry to hear that. All refunds are processed as soon as we receive returns into our warehouse and have inspected and accepted them. If this is the case, we’ll always refund you to your original payment method.

The time it takes for the funds to show in your account can vary depending on your payment method:

  • Mastercard, Visa or PayPal: 1-7 working days
  • AMEX: up to 10 working days
  • Duologi Finance: 10-15 working days (the refund of the deposit and instalments might arrive separately)
  • Partner (e.g. Next, eBay): 10-15 working days

If the timeframe for your original payment method has passed, then get in touch with our Customer Experience team by filling in this form and they’ll be happy to help.
