can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, our Customer Experience team can change the address. But if we’ve been speedy and it’s been dispatched, they won’t be able to change it. All’s not lost, though, as we can always organise a cancellation for you. Then you can place your order again online with the correct address. Just get in touch with us via this form and we'll advise you on the next best steps.
